Have you ever found yourself surfing the web with three, four maybe even more tabs open; bored out of your mind looking for content that interests you?  So have we.

We are a collective of tech-nerds/gamers/super-hero loving/movie, comic & toy hoarders…. call us what you want, we know what we like and do what we do.  We feel a lot of people can relate.  If you are one of those people, welcome home.  If not, tell us why!  And why not that’s what the internet is about, after all.  If you find yourself face to face with one of our many reviews thinking “this is all wrong” leave a comment.  We may feature you as a “formidable opponent” on our “We Rate It, You Debate It” post.  We are all about debating these topics and would gladly hear any good or bad points you throw at us.

Where’s the Xbox360 and Wii reviews? Stub3n, Nickles and Sh00ga the only current staff of iheartdestroy.com happen to be avid PS3 fans.  We have owned all of these consoles; however, we pretty much devote all our time on delivering full reviews on the systems we spend most of our lives on.  We still promise to cover all gaming related news included with these systems, so don’t feel left out or feel that we are extremely biased against those systems.

If you are a huge XBOX360 or WII fan we are still in search of a reliable, unpaid writer to take up the reigns for covering reviews on these systems.
Feel free to contact us if you meet the criteria… “own the console, can work on deadlines, and will work for free (none of us are doing this for $$)”

So why would you work for free? Well any review items we receive in relation to your system would be handed to you for review and you would keep such items after completing the assignment.  Also being a journalist/reporter in the gaming industry opens you up to possible trips to exclusive gaming conventions (i.e. ‘E3′).  Also if you are in college for journalism this is a great opportunity to get some experience!

I heart destroy writers’ bring to the table a love for gaming and we will keep on top of the current news important to ‘all of us’.  Some of the news maybe resyndicated through multiple sources (i.e. manufacturer announcements, other communities and web sites offering early news leaks).
We will also cover leading and staff favorited games doing full reviews mainly.  In that we strongly believe a good game review’s purpose is served when the reader saves money or learns something important about the game.  Fully completing games might greatly reduce the output time of our reviews; however, we feel it’s a necessary step in providing honest and factual reviews.

Movies
Covering all favorited movie titles as they release.  We may also dig up a few ol’ gems to polish off and hopefully bring up some great topics.
Our favorite films — Gaming inspired, Sci-fi, Animated, and anything else we deem epic enough to cover!

Reviews
I heart destroy loves reviewing!  We see reviews as the most valuable type of content available as it passes along useful information which may effect readers through future purchases.  A review may show off a products features enough to prove it’s worth or reveal it’s flaws.

Tech
Technology goes hand-in-hand in any gamer or g33k’s everyday life.  We had to dedicate a large portion of our efforts toward covering technology in many aspects.  Whether it be gadgets, mods, news, tutorials, and anything related with the Internet.

Gaming Since: Technically since I was 2 months old. I had colic real bad and late at night to calm me down my dad would sit me on his lap and and play Qbert and some decathlon game on his Atari 5200. My earliest memory was probably 4 or 5 at my great aunts house. We stayed for about two months and she had an old school Commadore 64 and I would play double dragons on it non-stop.  Shortly after our stay there I had a fit and didn’t stop having a fit until my dad purchased me and NES and I have been gaming ever since.
