SBL GAMER Energy Supplement

Does this sound familiar to you?… Grinding out ranks in your favorite FPS, counting the kills till you’re Brigadier General II.  Slogging levels for days at a time on a MMO to reach that epic instance everyone in vent won’t shut up about.  These things never felt as fun as it should; after having been up for 1 or 2 days.  At times like these, us insomniac gamers must reach for help outside the game to sharpen our focus or just wake us back up from the coma.  My personal vice seems to be BAWLs or Red Bull.  When I feel stretched-thin I throw down anywhere from $4-12 on energy drink purchases for a days grind.  I’ve been told again and again of the health problems in drinking so many drinks in one day and the feel-good rush only lasts up to 4 hours before you have to pop the tab again and chug.  So when I was presented the chance to try a new method to energize, I blindly accepted the challenge.  Little to my knowledge as to how lucky I was.  The challenge was simple: try SBL Gamer (energy pill supplement) and share if I enjoyed it and if I would prefer it over that of common energy drinks available.  I won’t waste time and tell you now, it lived up to the hype (these are constantly sold out on the SBL website).

For Iheartdestroy’s test study myself (Stub3n) and nickles decided to game it up for one day on a favorite FPS of ours, Killzone 2.  We decided to make this thing legit; we would flank it from different views.  Nickles slept well the night before (10 hours of shut-eye); Stub3n received no sleep and stayed up all night grinding in Aion (lol).  Then next day at 10 A.M. Nickles showed up bright as a sunny day and I was really groggy, yawning every 10-15 minutes.  In other words laying down would have been end game for me.

10 A.M. — NOON

We began the study each of us playing 1 hour of Killzone 2 and recording our scores.
Nickles: average 26 pts/game  –  RESULTED IN TEAM LOSS
Stub3n: average 32 pts/game  –  RESULTED IN TEAM LOSS

NOON — 1 P.M.

By the time 12 rolled around we both took 1x GAMER tablet.  Within 15-20 minutes we began to notice it’s affects.  SBL Gamer delivers a potent punch of energy to your system.

Nickles: “I felt no energy increase at all within the first hour.  This could have been due to the fact that I had adequate sleep and after waking up ate breakfast then showed up for this test study.”
Stub3n: “For the first hour the energy increase was noticeable.  So much that my hands had the shakes/jitters.  NOTE: I was NOT following advice of the bottle or SBL directly in taking this after having no sleep.  I can’t say whether thats safe or not.  Besides the having a lot of energy and not being able to hold my hands completely still, I felt no chest pain or any pain in general and I’m still alive to write this article.

1 P.M. — 4 P.M.

Between 1 and 4 (1-3 hours after taking) I felt the energy began to plateau at a very nice place for both of us.  The shakes we’re gone and I was very awake as if I had slept the night before.  Nickles recalls feeling a significant increase in focus compared to what he had previous when playing Killzone.  The increase in focus was obvious once we sat down to play our next longer session.  We took a little more time to play out this heat of the trials.  This sounds stupid, but I think it actually made the game more fun.  The increase in average kills/game may be an influencing factor but, we were a lot more loud and rowdy when playing. I usually fight my groggy-ness after work with an energy drink and it’s only purpose served seems to be keeping my eye lids open.  On energy drinks I was never really out bursting at games in victory or shouting commands into the mic, helping team mates or more/less being a good team-player.  When on GAMER it was very much the opposite.  The score results we’re higher for both of us.

Here’s the numbers for the 2nd wave:
Nickles: average 35 pts/game — RESULTING IN TEAM WIN
Stub3n: average 40 pts/game — RESULTING IN TEAM WIN

4 P.M. — Midnight

Nickles and myself continued playing throughout the day without keeping score but we can at least tell you the energy from GAMER did not waffle.  We kept the kills coming and even after he left I was still awake.  I felt so good I ended up staying awake until about midnight where it simmered down and I fell asleep like a baby.  I definitely crashed afterwards, but ONLY because of my lack of sleep.  Nickles reported no crash after the pill had worn off.

In conclusion of this test study, SBL GAMER passed with flying colors in my opinion.  If I plan to go to an overnight gaming LAN I’ll have to secure some of these bad boys.  One bottle contained a total of 25 tablets, enough to keep most if not all of the attendees at any LAN wired and firing through-out the night and into the next day.  When comparing the prices over long term SBL GAMER is a bargain.  25 pills for $25.95 or 25 energy drinks for ~$55 (avg. at 2.20/each).  Save your self from doing the math, I’d put my name on this product if someone hadn’t already.  You can thank Smith & Bryant labs after trying these.
