Adobe is releasing another Creative Suite (#5), announced for a release of April 12, 2010.  I’m so excited about this upgrade for several reasons.  If you are like me and use several Adobe products everyday you will be excited as well.  Aside from the CS5 news, another thing you might be interested in if you are part of the apple community is the release of Flash player for a series of their devices.  If you own an Iphone or plan to own the new iPad (April 3rd Release date), then you know flash previously has not been included.  This pretty much crippled many, many websites on apples mobile browsers.  This may not be big news for other (non-apple) mobile owners.  Apple was holding off on allowing Flash player on their products do to limited support for the company.  The new CS5 fulfills that support.  With Flash CS5, Flash developers can rejoice with many new features installed to help build iPhone applications and likely iPad applications.

On to the features to look out for…

Photoshop:
A whole new set of brush tools allowing you to paint just as if you were painting on a canvas!
Incredible warp tools, let you distort images to your liking with incredible control capability.  (make anchors anywhere to hold the image down as you bend and manipulate)

Flash:
App support for making iPhone and iPad apps. (touch control option)
Increased 3D importing support
Physics!

Dreamweaver:
Support for the increasingly popular HTML5 (will it finally kill off Flash, lol no… sorry, there’s no debate about it)
Increased support and tag hinting for CSS3 also.

Illustrator:
Plays nicely with Dreamweaver (create graphs and insert art easily across apps.)
